The Hotel consists of 24 luxurious en-suite rooms, which include 3 Chalets with private plunge pools, 12 Standard twin rooms and 9 deluxe rooms with outdoor shower in an enclosed garden. All the rooms are decorated with vibrant, hand-painted ethnic print fabrics and African artwork - a true reflection of the treasures of Africa. All rooms have radio, TV and tea & coffee making facilities.

A serene pool terrace with bar, dining room and braai area provide the perfect setting for sundowners, where you can dine and recover from the rigours of business or the hustle and bustle of the city. The recreational centre offers satellite TV. In front of this area is the boma bonfire where guests often congregate after dinner. The sunset, a good meal and stimulating conversation around a crackling fire form an integral part of African culture, providing the perfect end to a delightful day.

1872 Restaurant: The Victorian style house Pieter Kruger built for his family during the late 1800's now houses the 1872 Restaurant, offering Afrikaans and Cape Malay cuisine. The 1872 restaurant offer the perfect meal breakaway at the nearby Kedar Country Hotel, wedding parties, family gatherings and special occasions. Area: Situated in the foothills of the Pilansberg and just 15 minutes from Sun City, Kedar is a private nature reserve inhabited by many species of flora and fauna.

The prolific birdlife is breathtaking, and the herds of impala, gemsbok, zebra, hartebeest, eland and blesbok, (as well as the odd duiker and kudu) will delight you as you take a stroll on the bushveld paths. Pilanesberg National Game Park Pilanesberg National Game Park is the 4th largest Game Park in South Africa and home to the "big five".

This unique area is encircled by four rings of hills produced by volcanic action. Through time, wind and water have carved a spectacular landscape with rocky outcrops, open plains, wooded valleys and dense bush. Unlike any other large park, unique overlaps of mammals, birds and vegetation occur because of the transition zone. Game viewing, walking trails and night game drives are all available. Rustenburg Nature Reserve Rustenburg Nature Reserve is situated against the northern slopes of the Magaliesberg Mountains, a few km south-west of Rustenburg. It is one of the most scenic parks in the North West and provides panoramic views of the area.

A unique feature of the Reserve is an extensive valley basin which lies between the mountain ridges. The rocky mountain slopes drain into well-wooded ravines, most of which have water for at least part of the year. Popular with tourists wanting to experience close game viewing. Facilities for day visitors include picnics, braais, hiking trails and a tourist route for game and bird viewing.
