Mellanie took over the company in 2009 after seven years with the previous owner. She has lived in Gauteng and the Cape Winelands and travelled extensively through Southern Africa. Product knowledge is the unfashionable advantage: which Family Artist rooms at Graskop Hotel actually sleep a family, which private camp still has a vehicle free in September, which Cape Town apartment is worth the marina premium.
She works with you before departure and stays reachable while you are on the road. That is the service clients remember in the emails that arrive after they land home.
Exclusive self-drive itineraries, guided tours and fly-in safaris. Car hire (often Europcar Group E Staria for families), lodge bookings, private game-viewing vehicles, selected theatre and day tours. Client itineraries are issued from the confirmed invoice — rooms, reservation numbers, meal basis — without turning the website into a login portal.
We do not sell seats on a weekly group coach. We do not publish a rack of copy-paste packages with a “from” price that evaporates. And this site no longer hosts a public “My Itinerary” tool — your trip documents stay between you and the office.
