Method

A trip is a sequence of good nights, not a list of highlights.

We start with who is travelling and how they like to move. The map comes second.

01

The brief

Dates, party size, ages, must-sees, driving appetite, lodges versus self-catering, and whether Victoria Falls or Mauritius should finish the circuit. Budget range if you have one — we will say when a private camp needs more nights rather than a cheaper room.

02

The route

Cape Town first or last. Whether Kruger is a fly-in from KMIA or Hoedspruit. How many Garden Route nights stop the drive feeling like a transfer. Domestic flights are usually arranged by you; we time car hire around them.

03

The bookings

Rooms, meal basis and reservation numbers. Europcar Staria or similar when a family needs space. Private vehicle and guide at unfenced camps. Theatre, whale boats and transfers only when they earn their place.

04

The documents

You receive a tax invoice and a client itinerary: overview, vehicles, accommodation table, property notes and a day-by-day. No public login. Reconfirm reservation numbers on arrival.

Travel agencies use the same method, with net contracting and a file written to the agent brief. Ground handling for agents.

Send the dates. We will answer with a route.
